What are Flora Baths?

Floral baths, also known as flower baths, are therapeutic bathing practices that involve soaking in water infused with various flowers and botanicals from the jungle. 01. Gathering the flowers, waters, and oils:

We collected the flowers from Shamansflora’s land, and the waters and oils come from the medicine market in Belen and are of the highest quality.

02. Infuse the water:

The tub is filled with water from the creek, which is water from the rain and has all the healing properties of the medicinal plants that it touches when it the rain falls and is heated by fire.

03. Let the flowers and water/oils steep:

We allow the flowers and water/oils to steep in the warm water for a while, typically around 10 mins. The flowers release their natural oils and aromatic compounds into the water during this time.

04. Enjoy your bath:

Once the water is infused with the floral essence, we invite you to step into the tub and relax in the scented water. Take deep breaths to inhale the soothing aroma, connect to the jungle since you will be at the center of it, and step into gratitude are you receive the gift of deep relaxation.
